I don't know if you remember the re-mastered version of Four Minute Mile, but it had new art work and people made a stink about that. I wasn't going to be the guy that did that too.

I sat down and matched up all the fonts used.THE GET UP KIDS~, contained 3 different fonts. FOUR MINUTE MILE, that was a fourth font.

Then, I lined everything up to the old scan, right down to the placement of the white trim line around the edge.

It was a real honor to get to put my finger print on such a legendary release.

So, I got an email from Adam at Doghouse and he asked if I would remake a CD top from scratch. After over a decade of moves and computer replacing the art file was gone. They didn't even have vectors of the logos. All they had was a scan of the CD top.

Turns out that CD was one of my favorite of all time, The Get Up Kids' "Four Minute Mile". I did a back flip at my desk when I saw the scan.

Adam said it didn't have to be exact, it just needed the latest Doghouse logo.
